I AM HAVING THE BEST WEEKEND EVER!

Oh my gosh, I seriously dislike that person from NAFF soooo much. Every single time she says something I just think 'STFU!', and it's killing me! I'm not afraid of teh dramaz or anything, like I don't care if people agree with me or not. Honesty the main reason I haven't/won't say anything is because I'm basically positive that I'll be meeting her eventually at one of our meet-ups and I just don't want other people to be uncomfortable at that time. But seriously, she's driving me freaking nuts!!!! Agh, ranty rant rant.

In other news, I had the most AMAZING weekend in LA. I'm so excited we got to go, it was epic. I had SO much fun. I love UFC. And my dad and brother and Andy, and Clinton.

And Clinton. :) You know, I don't understand a lot of people who say they've been together for a few years, so they're just not as affectionate anymore, or they don't still get butterflies. I mean, I'm comfortable with him, obviously, but sometimes I do still get fluttery when look at him or think about how far we've come. I love him just as much now as I did in the beginning when he was all that mattered. I really hate my life sometimes and feel miserable with where I'm at, but when I am cuddling with him on the couch, I feel like the world is perfect. I feel so luck to have found him. I feel so lucky that we are so happy together. Sometimes I still can't believe we're together but you know what, we are, and I deserve this. <3

As a not so lovely tidbit, I've been feeling quite sick for a couple of months and I don't know why, so yesterday I went to the doctor who took a ton of blood because they have to run a whole littany of tests to see if they can find anything wrong. Hopefully that all works out.

I'm thinking about flying to Nevada for a weekend to see my family. Plus, it's snowing there. :D

Sorry I never update!

I think I need to start a reading journal. I read all the time, but then I can't remember what the books I've read are about because I don't take the time to think or write about them after I've read them. Plus, (and I know this is lame, but I like them so whatever) I read a lot of mystery/cop drama/thrillers, so they kinda all run together. I keep telling myself to start one, but now I don't want to because the book I just finished was a tough read and I don't feel like writing about it =P

Dude, this is cheezy and lame and retarded and stupid, I know, but seriously , several of the things that Jim said are things that I would say. I can't believe I never realized until last night that the reason I love Jim and Pam so much is because I was Jim. I guess now I'll have to come up with some new things to say whenever I finally get hitched. =P

OMG someone on NAFF is driving me fucking bonkers and I wish they would just shut the hell up. Maybe I'm the only one but I seriously DO NOT CARE about what they post about lately. And I don't really think most other people do. (and no, they are not on my friends list =P)

In other news, I never update this thing. I do still read though.

I'm on vacation, so far I've just been watching a lot of Food Network, eating birthday cake, and taking naps haha. However, in the last week and a half we've seen Clinton's family 4 times and last night I told him I don't want to see them anymore this week. Sorry, but I dont' want to spend my do-nothing vacation having to be 'on' around his family. His dad's cool, but lord knows it's a feat being nice around Devon, and his mom and I just have never really clicked, and for some reason she's been kinda driving me crazy lately. Maybe it's just because I miss my own mom.

Work is worse than ever. Everyone says I should quit, and I know I should, but we're trying to buy a car and I just don't want to put Clint under any financial burden so for now I'm just there. Plus, I'm building a case to take to HR so the longer I'm there, the more stuff I'll have to bring to attention when I do decide the time is right to bring the walls down.

Also, I miss my Fatty. :(

oh, and one more thing, we'e been wanting puppies for awhile but it just wouldn't be fair in this apartment, so we're now thinking of getting a kitty in the meantime, and we'll get pups when we buy a house.

I'm so busy! The last 2 weekends I had to go out of town for wedding related stuff for one I'm in this August, the weekend before that we had a bunch of people over here for ufc/bbq. This is my only "free weekend" for awhile. We went and saw Transformers again last night. Today we're going to IKEA for some living room stuff and other than that probably just spending the weekend at the pool, whoo!

Next week on Thursday we're going to Nevada to see my family! I'm excited :) We'll be going to Lake Tahoe for the holiday, and we'll be doing some fun stuff while we're there, like a moonlight hike the night of the full moon, then staying the night down there (instead of at my parents place in a small town between Reno and Lake Tahoe). We'll be gone the 2nd through the 7th, then we come back to AZ to work for two days, and THEN That Friday (the 10th) we're leaving straight from work with Clinton's best friend Robb, to drive to Las Vegas! Whoo! I'm not a big Vegas fan normally, but we're really going for UFC 100 (http://100.ufc.com/). Friday night we'll check in, then do the normal Vegas stuff, you know, casinos and such. Saturday all day there's an EXPO where you can walk around and there will be fighters you can meet and get autographs and stuff. Then Saturday night is the fight. If you're not into UFC then it's kind of hard to appreciate the awesome-ness of this. The fighters (well, most of them, not all of them) all have signature shirts. It used to all be through Affliction but they're no longer making them because they branched out on their own and so now there are other companies making exclusive fighter shirts. GSP premiered his Silver Star shirt at... I think maybe UFC 97? I can't remember, the last one that was in LV, and it's the first shirt that Silver Star has made for a UFC fighter. You can buy them and wear them and I've bought a few for Clinton including GSP, Rich Franklin, and Forrest Griffin. ANYWAY it is like impossible to find a cool UFC shirt for a girl. They're all like, pink and/or slutty and to me, don't really say that you like UFC, jsut that you like UFC BOYS, and want to look hot and are a phony. Maybe I'm looking into it too much. But honestly, I don't like stuff like that ever. I have a ton of pink crap, but when it comes to things that are pink and aren't supposed to be, that drives me NUTS! Like pink jerseys. If you're going to be a fan, then be a goddamn fan and represent, don't be a pussy about it and wear something pink! Okay, end tangent. but yeah, that's why I'm excited about this shirt because it actually looks like a boys shirt but is made for a girl, and it's the only one I've seen like this.

ANYWAY, so I'm not a HUGE fan, the boys are, Robb especially, he's definitely obsessed, legit. But I'm getting more into it lately so it should be cool. However, the selling point for me on going to Vegas is of course that we get to go to Bobby's MESA Grill! WHOOOOO! My God, it was SOO good last time, I'm drooling just thinking about it! Sunday morning we'll check out and go to MESA for brunch! OMG the menu looks so awesome, including blue corn pancakes! AAAAHHHHH so excited about that!

The weekend after that I MIGHT be free or I MIGHT be helping someone move, it's up in the air. The weekend of the 18th is Kristen's bachelorette party. The weekend after that is the wedding, so I have to go out of town for that. Then there's... 1 or 2 weekends between the wedding, and then we're off work for a week for Clinton's birthday week and we're going to California for beach, Sea World, and a baseball game!

I'm so excited for all of this stuff!

I'm quitting 2x365, and I have a pretty legit reason.

Due to my work issues followed immediately by and INCREDIBLY difficult familial issue, I fell way way behind, and I don't want to miss a month and then start up again, it just doesn't seem right to me. I'll do it again next year.

Please don't ask what the situation is, it's not my place to talk about it here. Just trust me when I say it's been an incredibly difficult time and if you pray, or think good thoughts, or believe in karma, or anything like that, please just send good vibes to my family.

(and just to make this one thing clear - it has nothing to do with Marcus. He's doing great.)

I'm sorry to have slacked in this. it's been a really rough week.
